Fee for Service

Fee for Service

This program provides fee for service support to people on a short-term or ongoing basis. This option is often utilised by people who are not eligible for one of our existing DADHC funded services.
We provide Coordination and support services for people who:
  • Have received a compensation payment or are in receipt of insurance payments
  • Have support expenses met by an insurer
  • Have a private financial manager
  • Have a financial manager through the Public Trustee or Office of the Protective Commissioner
This support may include access to existing programs or can involve developing specific services according to need. Support programs are established and overseen by a Coordinator through a contract agreement with the purchaser of services.
Support is available to adults and children with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injury and can range from a few hours per week through to 24 hour support.
Support arrangements may include:
  • Accommodation support in the person’s own home
  • Community Access and Day Programs
